1. General Information

This website is operated by Arthur Crestani, artist-author (auteur-artiste), registered in France.

2. Products

All prints sold on this website are original photographic works, hand-signed and numbered in limited editions of 30 copies or fewer. Each print is produced to order according to the buyer's specifications (format, paper).

Future products may include artist books, zines, and other editions. Each product listing specifies its nature and any applicable edition limits.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Photographic prints qualify as original works of art and are subject to the reduced French VAT rate of 5.5%, in accordance with Article 278-0 bis of the French General Tax Code. Other products (books, zines) may be subject to different VAT rates, as indicated on each product page.

Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and are calculated at checkout based on the destination and format of the order.

4. Order Process

Orders are placed through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Arthur Crestani reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an error in pricing, stock availability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Arthur Crestani does not store any payment card information. All transactions are encrypted via SSL.

6. Production and Shipping

Each print is produced to order after payment is confirmed. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of the order date.

Shipping is handled via Colissimo (France) or equivalent international carriers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • France: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Arthur Crestani is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier disruptions.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with French and European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Please refer to our Return Policy page for the full procedure.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, Arthur Crestani will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, provided that:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at arthurcrestani@gmail.com

  • You provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs and visual content on this website are the exclusive property of Arthur Crestani and are protected under French and international copyright law. Purchasing a print grants the buyer the right to display the work privately. It does not transfer any reproduction, distribution, or commercial rights. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Arthur Crestani cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.

We do not collect payment card data — this is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal under their own privacy policies.
