À Ivry, ville postindustrielle et ex-haut lieu du communisme de la « ceinture rouge » de la banlieue parisienne, la transformation urbaine s’opère dans l’ombre.
La ville se fait scène et nous sommes les spectateurs de ce théâtre d’opérations immobilières.

In Ivry, the post-industrial, former hotbed of “red belt” Communism of the Parisian banlieue, urban transformation takes place in the shadows.
The city becomes a stage, and we are the spectators of this theater of real estate development.
